These courses are available.  They are normally conducted at your site, wherever possible with your data.  If you have other requirements, please contact us.

MP-5 Introduction (1 day)
Provides an introduction to all key product features. Suitable for those using Monitor-Pro Systems for the first time.  Includes a printed training manual.

Refresher and Clinic (1 day)
This course is designed to provide an annual "update" for Monitor-Pro users. The morning covers new features and techniques. The afternoon provides a clinic forum where users share challenges and solutions.  Includes a printed training manual.

Advanced Reporting Techniques (1 day)
Describes how to design reports and graphs in Monitor-Pro systems including the use of advanced features such as Custom Fields and the Equation Editor.

Mapping and Contouring Course (1 day)
This course is designed to provide theoretical background on the use (and mis-use) of maps and how to run Monitor-Pro's mapping and contouring modules. Links from MP-5 to 3rd party GIS systems are also described and demonstrated.

Data Management Principles and Performance Benchmarking (1 day)
This course is designed to provide background information on common pitfalls in data management and the benefits of using databases to avoid these. The course will take organisations through an audit of their current activities and performance positioning them on a five step model to best practice and provide guidance on how all organisations can improve their performance and reduce operational costs effectively.

System Manager's Course (3 days)
A three-day course ideally suited to system managers. This course covers all product aspects in detail. The following subjects are covered:
- Key product features
- Administration
- Data management and interpretation
- Advanced reporting
- Mapping
- Contouring

Course numbers are limited to provide for a high level of personal attention to each delegate.

Web Based training
Where distance is a barrier to on-site training, we offer web based training.  We use a live WebCast system combined with a telephone for an interactive session.  See this page on WebCasting for further details. 

These courses are normally conducted and charged on an hourly, rather than daily basis.

Costs:
Generally £560 per day per trainer up to 2 trainees, plus £50 per additional trainee.
Prices exclude VAT, accommodation and travel.
