We have a simple licensing model which works the same as most other installed products (e.g. Microsoft Excel). You need a license for each PC on which MP-5 is installed. Licences are perpetual.

Again, we apply the same rules as Microsoft. Remote desktop is fine without an additional license because only one user can access the licensed MP-5 at a time. With Terminal Services, EVERY user that has access to MP-5 requires a license.

Yes. A new MP-5 installation will also run for 45 days in trial mode before it times out.
