Technical Support is available Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm British time, excluding Bank Holidays.

We normally require that users of Monitor-Pro Technical Support hold a current Technical Support Contract when requesting support. If you purchased one of our products from a  Partner/Reseller, please contact them directly for Technical Support.

In all instances please endeavour to include your company name when contacting Technical Support.  Please search our knowledge base to see if your issue is described there before contacting technical support.

If you purchased your product from EHS Data, but did not purchase a Technical Support Contract at the time, we will be more than willing to provide further details.

Contact Support

When calling for support, please:

  • Be at your computer and have the product documentation at hand. Also, be prepared to provide the following information:
  • The software that you are using.
  • The registered license number of the product that you are using.
  • The version number and build number of the product that you are using. (To locate the version, you can typically select About from the Help menu.)
  • The type of hardware that you are using, including network hardware.
  • The exact wording of any messages that appeared on your screen.
  • What happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
  • How you tried to solve the problem.

Always include your telephone number when writing to us! Also, please be as specific as possible when reporting your question or concern to our Technical Support so that we can respond quickly and accurately.
