We normally require that users of Monitor-Pro Technical Support hold a current Technical Support Contract when requesting support. If you purchased one of our products from a Partner/Reseller, please contact them directly for Technical Support. In all instances please endeavour to include your company name when contacting Technical Support. Please search our knowledge base to see if your issue is described there before contacting technical support. If you purchased your product from EHS Data, but did not purchase a Technical Support Contract at the time, we will be more than willing to provide further details.
