With relatively little effort, reports can
be developed to provide rich and valuable information from your data.
This can range from simple regulatory outputs to compliance reports,
statistical information to annual reports.
Recent examples
1. Management compliance report
This report displays all variables for which there are trigger levels
set, and displays the results as side-by side graphs for the last 30
days beside the last 3 years. A drill-down tree to the side gives
quick navigation, so the manager can quickly assess the situation.

2. Data truancy report
This report ingeniously spans 2
databases, one detailing the data that you have, the other the data you
should
have. It compares the two and tells you what data is missing.
Report Automation
The best thing is that the reporting
process can easily be automated, providing output to email, Internet or
local Intranet. This means that as a manager you may never need to
need to know how to operate the data management software.
There are 2 parts to getting this to
work for you - firstly you will need relevant reports installed, and you
will need the Crystal Reports Distributor tool. This is the engine
