Regulatory inspection forms available include

Non conformances as a result of audits or inspections can be recorded and tracked with actions assigned to employees as corrective measures.

These actions are then tracked in the system, with documents unable to be closed until all actions have been resolved.

If actions are not completed within a timely manner, the users is reminded with email alerts, and if still not resolved the actions are escalted higher within the organisation (site manager or region managers etc).

Audits can be managed in the system as well.  These can be internal Audits for Health and Safety requirements, 14001, 9001 or other regulatory requirements. Non conformances can be documented and assigned a score or grading as required, major, minor, observation for example. Audits of your facilities by external stakeholders/regulators can also be recorded in the system to allow trending and management of any non conformances.
