MP-5 can now keep you informed and up to date with scheduled
reporting to your email, automatically updated web pages and email
alerts when events occur such as compliance breaches. The new Task
Scheduler automatically collates data at pre-defined intervals
(daily weekly etc) and creates output (reports, word documents,
data, web pages etc). It can either email a distribution list or
save files to folders.
The email alerter works in conjunction with the auto importer
and immediately alerts when issues arise, for example compliance
breaches and faulty data files. There is great flexibility built
in, enabling different events on different importers to be sent to
different people. For example, the environment manager might want a
compliance breach alert, the lab an email notifying of a faulty
file.
