On opening MP-5 receive "0203" error.

Overview
When I try to run MP-5 I receive "0203 Error in saving message". I do not get this message when I am logged in as Administrator.
Details
You need to be at least Power User to unlock and run MP-5. The unlock code needs to be able to write to:
C:\Program Files\Monitor Pro\Monitor-Pro 5\Bin
C:\Documents and Settings\xxxx (where xxxx is the user name)
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT in the registry and the Windows\system32\ folder
Please ask your administrator to ensure that you have permissions to write to these areas, then try again.
