We have an ongoing and active programme to develop Monitor-Pro functionality.  This is governed by the needs of our users.

E-mail alerts

Status: Development completed, testing. anticipated September 2006.

MP-5 will send emails to users and data suppliers giving information on failed resolutions, invalid files and compliance breaches.

Scheduled importer from third party databases

Status: Completed.

MP-5 can now with an add-in import data from third party databases on a user-defined schedule.

Compliance Manager

Status: Under development, anticipated 2nd half 2006

With the advent of PPC in Europe, threshold levels are being prescribed on a per-sample point basis (both upper and lower), with a further requirement for trigger (warning) and breach levels to be set.  MP-5 can accommodate this regime.  However, the new Compliance Manager is intended to greatly reduce setup and management time.

MP-5 LT

Status: Scoping stage

A "light" version of MP-5 that will be low cost, plus easy to install and use.  It would have reduced functionality.  This could for example be bundled with instruments to manage their data, with an upgrade option.

Restrictions would be a pre-set list of variables to match the instrument, and no networking ability.

Report Scheduler

Status: Under development, anticipated 2nd half 2006

With MP-5 stored selections, reports are a double click away.  The next step is to automatically run and distribute pre-stored reports to a distribution list as a pdf file, or to update an Intra/Internet site.

Data tracker

Status: Not started.

The MP-5 Data Tracker will enable users to input a monitoring plan.  Subsequently the system will inform of both required and missed samples.

PPC Inspection reports

Status: Completed

Our MP-5 and WebServer OPRA site inspection system has been running for a while.  There is now a requirement to expand this for PPC Inspection reporting, as the scoring system is different.

Data link from Incident_Reporter to MP-5

Status: Under development

An automatic link to send basic data entered into Incident_Reporter to MP-5.

Pocket/Mobile PC data entry for MP-5

Status: Good idea stage.

This application has been suggested.  Ideas range from downloading a data entry form to the Pocket PC to GPS - and maps of sample point locations to ensure data is taken from the correct location.

Leachate volume calculator for the MP-5 contouring add-on

Status: Proposal anticipated 1st quarter 2006.

MP-5 easily exports a 3d contour of any variable for any date range.  An extension on this is to use this contour, combined with a site base map to provide a leachate volume.

Piper-plot for MP-5

Status: Good idea stage.  This would provide a rapid piper plot, useful for groundwater data interpretation.  Among others that could be added if required would be Durov, box whisker or ternary.

AGS Compatibility

Status:  Scoping stage

The ability to import and export could be a useful addition.  This is currently being assessed.
